I first found Brian the owner of Sandtons Realty like I’m sure a lot of international buyers do… on YouTube. His channel is super informative, and very helpful, but nothing compares to sitting in person, across from him at his desk, in a cozy office in the heart of beautiful Old Town Estepona which is what we just did. The man is an absolute wealth of knowledge, and rather than trying to sell you, he just honestly tries to guide you, and inform you, from his deep understanding of everything from Marbella to Sotogrande. We spent the better part of a week touring properties with his wife Sobie who is just the sweetest, kindest woman we’ve meet in a very long time.

We have not quite made up our mind on exactly which of the many wonderful choices we were shown this past week that we are going to purchase but I know one thing is for sure.

Whatever property we decide on, we will definitely be choosing Brian and Sobie from Sandtons to finalize our purchase.
