His illustrious career includes serving as CEO of Sunborn Hotels, where he was instrumental in delivering a five-star hotel. Brian led the commercial team behind the multi-award-winning Ocean Village complex in Gibraltar, a prestigious development for high-net-worth individuals that encompasses luxury residences, retail spaces, offices, and multiple high-end restaurants. Additionally, he played the leading role in securing the World Trade Center for Gibraltar.

More recently, Brian successfully acquired and optimised over 550 properties and more than 3,300 land lots in Florida, USA. This extensive project involved funding, investment returns, and the identification and development of homes across the state. His reputation for mastering new markets and outperforming competitors is well-earned.
